Effective and timely responses to your
questions are provided by our support staff. Answers are provided during
98% of the hotline calls, and the telephone is answered by a representative
by the third ring.
Hotline Support is available during regular business
hours, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time for questions relative to the ProTek
Plus and ProTek Core software.
Support is available Monday through Friday except
holidays and during weather or other emergencies.
Telephone support
for software and hardware not covered under a support agreement is subject
to time and material charges.
E-mail, fax, and Help
functions built into ProTek Plus are also available to clients.
