Implementation
Your needs will govern which setup
and training services we provide. You may need some or all of the following
services.
1) Pre-installation Survey
- An evaluation of your organization's readiness to install the software,
your existing data and its conversion process, and its expected benefits.
2) Software Installation - Installation of ProTek Plus and setup
of your database. Data from your existing system will be transferred
if possible. Our installation support may be provided on your site or
with detailed instructions and telephone support as provided with the
software maintenance agreement.
3) Implementation Leader - Collaborative
consulting support providing guidance and coordination in implementing
ProTek Plus.
4) Turnkey System - Complete installation of OpWare provided
server(s), operating system, and all application software.
