ProTek Plus Training
A typical training scenario starts
with installation of the software, your starter database, and a demonstration
database.
Next, the core group responsible for setting up ProTek Plus will be
trained in the features and functions of the software and organization
of the database.
Finally, frequent users will be trained to enter and extract data.
In addition to these training classes, you can also schedule a custom
training class specifically tailored for your maintenance staff.
Management Overview Training
Maintenance, Production and Engineering
supervisors/team leaders will be provided a demonstration of the capabilities
of the system, the results they may expect, and discuss setup and usage
items needing their guidance.
Power User Training
Intended for Team Leaders and key personnel
who will be responsible for the setup and usage of ProTek Plus. They will
be offered comprehensive hands-on training in the use of the software.
Guidelines for setting-up the database within ProTek Plus will be discussed.
This program is presented over three days on your site. Multiple sessions
may be needed if you have more than 10 people to be trained.
General User Training
Personnel responsible for day-to-day
usage of ProTek Plus and users performing data-entry functions will be
provided hands-on training in entering and extracting data.
Training sessions of from one to two hours will be tailored to a group's
area of responsibility and provided on your site.
Training Methods
Shared DeskTop Training
These are one to two hour "How-to"
training sessions where we share our desktop with you over the Web. These
sessions may involve an in-depth discussion of a specific function or
training a group of General Users.
Self-Paced Training CD
Introductory training in the functionality
of ProTek Plus where you can learn at your own pace.
Follow-up Training and Evaluation
This training may take whatever form
is needed. It may consist of one-on-one training at the user's work place,
a group question-and-answer session, or training in an advanced function.
OpWare can also provide an evaluation survey to assess your progress in
implementing the system and assistance with specific implementation functions.
